100% recyclable, sustainable environment

Glass bottles are made of 100% recyclable materials. We produce all kinds of glass container packaging materials, including: food container bottles, perfume and beauty bottles, medicine bottles, wine bottles... etc. With brandes and industry-wide cooperation in home and international market, we are the best choice for customers' sustainable supply chain. We also continue to expand new customer sources, with a view to bringing more contributions to the global sustainable supply chain.

Using cullets as new glass source

Using cullets as new glass source - we use re-cycled glass and cullet as ra material, and gradually increasing % of cullet used.

R&D on recycled facilities

100% of the production and defective bottles in process are recycled and reused to avoid waste of resources and achieve resource recycling. In addition, we are also actively researching and improving glass bottle recycling equipment to reduce pollutants entering the furnace, improve the quality of recycled glass, and increase the use of cullets.

Reduce Packaging and recycling reuse

The main packaging materials of the whole factory are: cartons, straps, and sealing tape. We actively recommend that customers change the packaging method to reduce the amount of cartons and reduce the amount of paper used.
Wooden pallets and plastic pallets shipped domestically are recycled and reused. The heat treatment on pallets shipped for export are mainly recyclable wooden pallets, and alternative materials for wooden pallets are sought to increase the number of times each pallet can be used, reduce the amount of pallet purchases, and reduce the use of wood.

Waste water management

In accordance with the water pollution prevention and control measures approved by the Environmental Protection Agency, waste water is controlled at the source to reduce the entry of process pollutants into the waste water. Through the waste water treatment equipment, the pollutants in the water are effectively reduced, and then recycled to increase the use of each drop of water. And make the water quality meet the various sewage testing and discharge standards of the local competent authority before discharging

Waste gas management

In accordance with the emission standards set by the Environmental Protection Agency, priority is given to the promotion of process and equipment optimization to reduce the entry of pollutants into the exhaust gas, and then the pollutants in the exhaust gas are treated by the prevention and control equipment set up by our company to meet the requirements of the Environmental Protection Agency for regular annual inspection regulations. The standard is the goal.
In recent years, air control standards and regulations have set strict requirements year by year. Our company has actively introduced a new type of exhaust gas treatment system and established a desulfurization and denitration scrubber dust removal system.
